Meet the Artist
Hi!
My name is Melody, I am the owner of Bold & Beautiful Permanent Cosmetics. I am a two time Certified Permanent Cosmetics Artist. My Permanent Cosmetics journey started back in 2009 when I had a terrible experience with getting my own Permanent Cosmetics done. That is when I had decided that I was going to become a Certified Permanent Cosmetics Artist. My goal is to never allow any of my Clients to have the same horrible experience as I did. Unfortunately, after only two years, I had to end my career due to life circumstances.
Fast forward ten years and I decided that it was time for me to chase my dreams of owning my own Permanent Cosmetics Studio. I attended Micro Beauty Bar in Garland Texas and received my Certifications in June 2022. Bold & Beautiful Permanent Cosmetics was officially established in July 2022.
My goal is to give each Client the most rewarding experience possible with beautiful results.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR EACH SERVICE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO GET A TATTOO IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. AN ID IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.
APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT 15 MINUTES EARLY TO ALLOW TIME TO FILL OUT REQUIRED CONSENT FORMS. CONSENT FORMS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERY SERVICE PROVIDED AT BOLD & BEAUTIFUL PERMANENT COSMETICS. IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES OR MORE LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE/NO-SHOW POLICY:
IN THE INSTANCE THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CONTACT BOLD & BEAUTIFUL PERMANENT COSMETICS 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. DEPOSITS ARE TRANSFERABLE ONE TIME IF PROPER NOTICE IS PROVIDED. IF YOU CANCEL AND DO NOT RESCHEDULE, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED YOUR DEPOSIT. NO EXCEPTIONS. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
IF YOU ARE A NO CALL/NO-SHOW, YOU WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED . YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-FUNDABLE.
